The Hotel Dory was founded in 1954 and, over more than seventy years of
operation, has become a landmark for tourism in the Romagna region. We are guided by a simple philosophy: the hotel aims to be a
lovely place to stay. Or rather, a lovely place where everyonefeels at home, for both guests and staff .
We believe that hospitality – true hospitality – is
all about relationships. Working at the Dory means having the
opportunity to learn, grow and build meaningful relationships with colleagues
and guests from all over the world.
We are looking for people who, above all else, share
this vision with us, people driven by curiosity and who
are keen to get involved. But enough talk – let’s get down to business.
4 reasons
to work with us
The contract is 100% compliant
The contract is 100% compliant
At Dory, we apply the National Collective Agreements and assign the correct pay grade. The full-time working week is 40 hours ; overtime is paid (every employee has a time card), and you’ll receive a thirteenth and fourteenth month’s salary, holiday pay and severance pay in your pay packet.
Learning to grow
If you show that you believe in us, you’ll have the
opportunity to learn a great deal, access training courses and fall in love with a profession that can be truly wonderful. We’ll pass on
all our passion and experience to you.
Respect, fairness, trust
Mutual respect, fairness and trust in
one’s colleagues are the three values we consider fundamental to working well
in a hotel, to managing shifts effectively and to forging relationships of mutual respect (and
often friendship) that last over time.
Work-life balance
Work is part of life, but it is not the whole of life. We believe that a hotel is truly welcoming only if those who work there are happy. That is why we value free time, with balanced working hours (40 hours a week full-time), avoiding split shifts and striving to respect everyone’s needs.
