For 14 days, we explore different routes each day , with five guidedbike rides and three guided hikes every week . After that, the programme starts again.
In addition, there are plenty of extra activities available to book during your stay, such as cultural visits to villages, cookery classes and wine tastings with a sommelier. These are listed as ‘extra activities’.

Bicycle hire and welcome drink
Bike handover and aperitif with the bike manager, during which the weekly activity programme is explained, so we can get to know each other and share useful information.

Hiking Tour
Hiking excursion to the charming medieval villages of Gradara or Montefiore, depending on the week.

A special evening dedicated to the queen of Italian cuisine: pizza!
A selection of classic and gourmet pizzas, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
MORNING
Lunch – picnic in the countryside and balsamic vinegar tasting!
Barbecue in the garden of our villa in Vecciano.
Visit to the vinegar cellar and tasting of extra-aged balsamic vinegar, produced here since 1993 – to be enjoyed with Parmigiano Reggiano and a glass of sparkling white wine!
Picnic open to all hotel guests.

Visit to San Leo or Sassocorvaro
Extra activity: minibus trip to the villages, including a visit to the fortresses.

Hiking Tour
Hiking tour to discover Mondaino, a charming fortified village situated on the ridge between Romagna and Marche. Known for its ‘theatre-like’ shape with the semi-circular Piazza Maggiore.

Cookery class
Extra activity: the chef teaches us, in a fun lesson, how to prepare a famous Italian dish (fresh pasta, tiramisu or something else).

Extra activity: wine tasting with A.I.S. Level 3 Sommelier Stefano Giuliodori. A journey to discover five of the region’s finest wines.

Romagna-style grilled fish
Seafood tasting dinner inspired by the traditional “Sgradellata romagnola”.
Riccione was once a fishing town, and on this culinary journey, fish takes centre stage, prepared according to ancient recipes that celebrate the flavours of the sea.

Visit to the Republic of San Marino
Optional activity: minibus tour of the Republic of San Marino, one of the oldest republics in the world, offering a unique view.

Visit to a winery and two villages
Optional activity: Minibus trip to the Guerrieri Winery and the villages of Mondavio and Corinaldo.

The flavours of Romagna
The flavours of the land: platters of local cheeses and cold cuts, homemade tagliatelle and passatelli, grilled sardines, pastries and more. It’ll be a feast!

Visit to the city of Rimini
Excursion to Rimini, where Roman history, the Renaissance and seaside life coexist: from the Arch of Augustus to the Tiberius Bridge, right through to the villages of the historic centre. Millennia-old monuments, lively squares and authentic corners, blending culture with a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Tasting at a farm
Tasting at a farm in the hills of Rimini, amidst centuries-old olive trees and a magnificent view of the hinterland. We will taste the extra virgin olive oil produced here, along with other produce from the vegetable garden, wines and local specialities.
