Let us introduce ourselves briefly (we promise).  

The Hotel Dory was founded in 1954 and, over more than seventy years of operation, has become a landmark for tourism in the Romagna region. We are guided by a simple philosophy: the hotel aims to be a lovely place to stay. Or rather, a lovely place where everyonefeels at home, for both guests and staff .

We believe that hospitality – true hospitality – is all about relationships. Working at the Dory means having the opportunity to learn, grow and build meaningful relationships with colleagues and guests from all over the world.

We are looking for people who, above all else, share this vision with us, people driven by curiosity and who are keen to get involved.

    Every year we organise and promote free training at Federalberghi, using Forte and Eburt funds within our company.

    Flexibility

    Where possible, we try to accommodate our staff’s preferred working hours, subject to operational requirements.

    Meals

    We provide free meals to staff during working hours.

    Petrol vouchers and meal vouchers

    Upon achievement of regional and company targets, we distribute vouchers within the permitted limits.

    Transport

    We provide bicycles for use when travelling to and from staff accommodation.

    Accommodation assistance

    We help our staff find private or shared accommodation.

    Remote working

    Where and when possible, depending on the role.

    Language courses

    We take steps to provide opportunities to attend language courses during the winter months.
