Sources of the Malatesta River
(Romagna and Marche)

All the stages of this tour will be characterized by mountain paths, mainly wooded and far from towns and villages. We will enjoy packed lunches provided by the hotel so we are always in close contact with our natural surroundings. We will stay overnight and have dinner in the town of Carpegna at the foot of the namesake mountain in a small and comfortable hotel. We will reach the tour departure point by bus; a journey of about one hour from Riccione.

The week programme:
SATURDAY	arrival in Riccione and check in at the hotel Dory 6.00 pm welcome cocktail and information to the participants 7.00 pm dinner
SUNDAY	9.30 am hiking trail in the Romagna region of about 10/12 km 7.00 pm dinner
MONDAY	9.30 am hiking trail in the Romagna and San Marino region of about 10/12 km 1.00 pm Barbecue in Vecciano in the country house and tasting of balsamic vinegar 6.00 pm breafing with the guides on the "Sources of the Malatesta River" tour 7.00 pm dinner
TUESDAY	8.30 am Riccione - Villagrande (by minibus), Villagrande - Carpegna 13 km (hiking) 4.00 pm arrival in the Village of Carpegna and check in in hotel 7.30 pm typical local dinner
WEDNESDAY	8.30 am Carpegna - Carpegna 13 km (hiking) 4.00 pm arrival in Carpegna and departure for Riccione in minbus 7.00 pm typical Romagnola dinner in Hotel Dory
THURSDAY	9.30 am hiking trail in the Romagna region of about 10/12 km and stop for a wine and typical products tasting of the region during the tour 7.00 pm dinner at the hotel
FRIDAY	9.30 am hiking trail in the Romagna and Marche region of about 10/12 km Possibility of a boat excursion instead of hiking 7.00 pm "Sapori e Piaceri" tasting dinner 9.00 pm Evening photos and prizes

General information

• The program is aimed at trained hikers, accustomed to routes even uphill, but can also be adapted to less trained walkers by making longer trips in minibus.
• All services for hikers and also a first-aid and luggage transport service minibus is at disposal of the group during the 2 days excursion.
• The cost of the package is indicative and is calculated on 5 participants.
• Please bring a small trolley with the bare essentials for 2 days (not large Samsonite suitcases :-)
• The suggested weekly program can be modified and agreed with us at your convenience

Prices are per person, in double or twin room, either Superior room or miniapartment. Single room supplement € 40 per day.
