Little wooden chests hold one of our most treasured secrets. Since 1993, we've been producing balsamic vinegar, aged in our home’s own acetaia in Vecciano.
Tuesday - The seafood “Sgradellata”
Immerse yourself in an authentic culinary experience with a tasting dinner inspired by the traditional Sgradellata Romagnola. This gastronomic journey celebrates seafood, prepared according to ancient recipes that honor the pure flavors of the sea.
Wednesday - Romagna tasting dinner
Experience the flavors of our land. Mixed cheese and cured meat platters take center stage. Then, handmade tagliatelle and passatelli. The main course? Grilled sardoncini. It’s a true feast at the table!
Thursday - Among the olive trees
The Frontali estate welcomes us after a bike tour in Valmarecchia. Roberta shares stories of her extra virgin olive oil production in this idyllic setting, surrounded by 5,000 olive trees.
Friday - Special Dinner: A Tour of Italy's Flavors
From the Alps to Sicily, Italy is a peninsula to be savored. Chef Solideo will guide us through culinary specialties from various Italian regions.
Sunday - Pizza Night!
A special evening dedicated to the queen of Italian cuisine: pizza! A selection of classic and gourmet pizzas made with fresh, local ingredients, for a convivial and flavorful dinner.
Extra Special Event:
Every Monday, wine tasting with A.I.S. Level 3 Sommelier Stefano Giuliodori (owner and director) and A.I.S. Level 2 Sommelier Giacomo Corallo (Maitre).
They will guide you through a tasting of five of the region’s finest wines, explaining their details and sharing stories about our wonderful land.
The cost to participate is €25.00 per person.

- Super half-board Bike (3 meals offered): breakfast, light lunch (after the bike tour from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm), and dinner.

- Welcome drink with a presentation of the itineraries and cycling groups by the Bike Manager, available daily.
- Access to whirlpools, sensory showers, and outdoor pools at the new Dory Aqua Spa.

- Participation in 5 weekly bike tours (road bike and touring bike) with expert guides, up to 5 different cycling groups (Wednesday and Saturday are rest days).
- Replacement Scott bike in case of damage to the rented bike.
