In Romagna, there are little treasures hiding behind every hill and we’ll go and discover them one by one.
We’ll visit our region by bicycle: here, every bend reveals something new, whether an ancient fortress, wonderful panoramic views or “that long, blue line” the Adriatic sea.
However, what we’ll explore in more depth are the culinary secrets of our land: the creamy tagliatelle with beans and cuttlefish, ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and chard and strozzapreti with sausage and mushrooms are just some of the dishes you can savour…we prefer to let you discover the rest yourselves!
